Elaborate wing pattern and red body. There is one smaller without wings.
Genus Ectopsocus.

These are plant lice with their long antennae. They are in the order hemiptera. Think of aphids on steroids. They have four wings and do not belong in the true flies mission.
I can see the little one with wing buds?? - very nice. I hope you find an ID for this interesting insect- I like the wing pattern.
