Not a Mycena because we can see dark spores on the stem. It is a Psathyrella species, something like P. conopilus (now technically Parasola conopilus but still closely related to Psathyrella).
It looks like Mycena leptocephala? I thinks a 'Mycena' type... (Mycena nigra, Mycena leptocephala, Mycena amicta..) found this site with a lot of mushrooms ... http://www.discoverlife.org/mp/20q?search=Mycena an other lovely blog is... http://kramsmacros.blogspot.be/2012_09_01_archive.html
