Notes:

Just found a leopard moth in my living room. Such a surprise, since I live in a huge and polluted city as São Paulo!

Species ID Suggestions

Hi Thaisa! Welcome to Project Noah! It is really a wonderful moth you have found. The genus is certainly correct, it is a Pantherodes sp., but my question is how secure is the species Pardalaria? Are you really sure it is this one? We have seen many Pantherodes and nobody really can tell us how to separate the several species from each other. There is a good chance that yours is actually Pantherodes pardalaria, since it is quite common in Brazil, but 100% sure?? What do you think?
