Description:

Iconic copperhead snake. Approximately 24-26 inches in length. Broad head with a fairly stout body.

Habitat:

Jean Lafitte park in Southeastern Louisiana

Notes:

This snake was missing an eye. You can kind of see it in the second photo.

sweet snake copper heads are my favorite north american snake. i have seen 1 of these here in north Carolina.
