Description:

Bombycilla Cedrorum Spotted at Rye Harbor, New Hampshire.
A sleek crested brown bird with a broad yellow band at the tip of the tale. Is the only sleek brown bird with a long crest. Voice is a high thin lisp or zeee, sometimes slightly trilled. Rage breeds from gulf of St. Lawrence and Central Manitoba, south to North Carolina, North Georgia and Kansas. Winters irregularly throughout eastern United States.
