Field Notes

Description:

Dark wings and upper body. Yellow belly. About 6 or 7 inches long.

Habitat:

I see them all along the dirt roads outside of town, perched on fences.

Notes:

This pair of Western Kingbirds were hopping around in a tree. I walked up towards them and pressed the camera button as soon as I saw movement from them.
