Genus seems to have a multitude of species in SE-Asia. The linked specimen of quadripustulata probably is the type, which was found on Kalimantan in similar elevation. 1500m - zone still shares a lot of fauna in "Sundaland" - endemism is strong on higher mountains.
Had a look on beetle-diversity.com, and there it was: http://www.beetle-diversity.com/node/7162 at least, almost so. Slight differences in colour pattern. May still be same species.
Thanks Thaptor will follow your clue to find the Genus.
more precisely: A Flea beetle (Alticini)
Thanks bayucca will check on this direction
