Description:

Orange head with black body, long oviposter with a white section near the end.

Habitat:

Dense deciduous forest, Doi Suthep - Doi Pui National park.

Notes:

Possibly an Ichneumon wasp

Hi Rob. Of course John La Salle's suggestion is probably spot on. I blew the pic up a bit and the little round head seems to have something like a crown on top and Stephanidae are also called 'Crown wasps'. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephanidae
