Probably a grasshopper nymph. Have a look at this http://www.whatsthatbug.com/2013/02/07/immature-grasshopper-from-south-africa/ -probably a Garden Locust (Acanthacris ruficornis). Blends so well with what looks like a Lamb's Ear plant.
