Field Notes

Description:

This spider is one of the biggest spiders in our SAS rainforest. The body was about 3cm long.It has yellow pattern with dots, and the legs and arms are all black. This spider is located in the canopy layer of the rainforest. My inference to why is lives up in the canopy layer is that it might be easier to catch the spider's prey such as flies.
