Field Notes

Description:

Saw a few of this Phasmid, could be an undescribed specie.
Pic #1 and #2 is the Male, around 8 cm in size.
He has interesting red upper body, not a very common color among Phasmids.
Pic #3 is the Female, around 12-13 cm in size.
Pics #4 and #5 are the Eggs.

At time of spotting, saw her laying some Eggs. Placed the Eggs on a leaf to take pictures as it is too difficult to get a clear picture on the ground. The Eggs are very small, 3 x 2mm in size. The Eggs looks like its a specie similar to Mithrenes
