Description:

These birds are among the larger warblers with a relatively larger head and stout bill. In spring they are a mix of yellow, white, black and gray. Their colors are considerably more subdued in fall and winter. The yellow rump is conspicuous, especially in flight.

Habitat:

In summer, these birds are found in coniferous forests and other open forests.
