This is a kind of invertebrate called a zoanthid, which are commonly called button polyps :) They're related to corals, but are not quite the same. I'm not 100% sure on the species... did you find this on a coral reef in the Philippines, or did you see this in an aquarium? That might help with the ID! It looks like something in the Zoanthus genus though.

Clearly they are sea anemones, but I don't know the species.
