I am finding these little guys every where
What are they?
frog or toad?
His back was very bumpy
found in South Australia.

I agree with Mark's diagnosis of Pobblebonk (Limnodynastes dumerili). According to the Frogs of Australia website, there are only six types of frog in your area so the list of suspects is short. I think Pobblebonk is a pretty safe bet. http://frogs.org.au/frogs/ofSA/Clare_Valley_and_the_Mid-North
I thought that last dose of rain would have started them singing.
