Field Notes

Description:

A slow creeping vine with showy, white to pink powder puff flowers. The leaves are pinnate and close upon touching, or light changes. It has become somewhat of an invasive weed to most people.

Habitat:

It's native habitat is in south and Central America, but has migrated. It Grows very well in poor soil, and is very drought tolerant. High humidity, and hot weather are not a problem for this plant

Notes:

One of personal favorites for ground cover in between everything in my garden
