A female Black-tailed deer browsing in a meadow.

Habitat:

Spotted at Mount Rainier National Park near Paradise.

Notes:

The black-tailed deer is currently common in California, western Oregon, Washington, in coastal and interior British Columbia, and north into the Alaskan panhandle.
