Field Notes

Description:

They have an olive-brown shell that is domed. This male has brown skin with red spots on it, and the eyes are red. Well the one eye is red, he is missing his left eye. Seems to be healed over quite well and didn't seem to bother him one bit!

Habitat:

Found bathing in a puddle in the middle of the road.

it always seems that box turtles heal quickly, i found one missing an arm but it was faster than all the other turtles.
