Description:

In the initial phase, the stoplight parrotfish can rapidly change the color of the scales on its underside from red to white

Habitat:

coastal waters

Notes:

Wild fish spottings are very hard to come by for me. I spotted a local fisherman while hiking the last segment of the Waitukubuli national trail. He had just caught 2 fish.
