Description:

This herbaceous vine plant is Everlasting pea (Lathyrus latiflius ). It has pinnately compound with 2 ovate leaflets and a tendril in between the leaves. The leaves alternate. The flower are in a inflorecence with about 5 or more flower white to purple. Everlasting pea can reach about 6 feet once it matures.

Habitat:

The Everlasting Pea grows great in partial to full sun with loam to clay loam soil that is moist.

Notes:

it is often confuse with the annual Sweet pea.
it can withstand frost
