I agree with ShannaB.
CSIRO has a nice key but a lot of the morphological features can't be seen in these photos

Hi Katy, welcome to Project Noah! I saw one of these recently too on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland - mine looks exactly like yours (I haven't uploaded the pics here yet) but I couldn't find an ID. I think it's a wasp from the Ichneumonidae or Braconidae family but I'm just not sure - there are a lot of species that look similar but I can't find an exact match.
