Field Notes

Description:

About an inch across, a delightful minty pistachio green. Outer edges of the wings, both forewings and hindwings, are fuzzy. Very delicate white patterns on the wings....two stripes in the center, and then circles toward the edges. A lovely little moth!

Habitat:

My front door. I live in a Florida Longleaf-pine/Turkey Oak Sandhill habitat.
