Description:

Osmylus fulvicephalus, also called giant lacewing, is a common species through most of Europe. Osmylidae are a small family of winged insects of the net-winged insect order Neuroptera. The pictured giant lacewing was spotted near Tsagarada village, Pelion mountain, Greece.
