Thank you very much for your help Bayucca. There is an easy way to mark it like as captive or I should write a coment?
Panthera onca is "el tigre", the jaguar. Yours is a cougar or mountain lion (US) and in Costa Rica it is called Costa Rican Cougar, Puma concolor costaricensis. I guess it is an example from a zoo or animal park, so, please, make a note about this, also in all your other pictures if it is a captive one!! http://www.panthera.org/species/cougar/subspecies http://www.panthera.org/category/species/cougar?page=5
