Description:

A member of the family Bucculatricidae, Ribbed Cocoon-maker Moths, the genus Bucculatrix consists of many small moths which are infrequently noticed.

Notes:

This looks most like B. ainsliella in the Peterson Field Guide to moths, but B. ainsliella looks much different in internet references. This is the first of its species I've seen and in the family.
