Description:
It is an annual plant, the growth reached heights of 20 to 80 centimeters. The stem is leafy only in the lowest third or the bottom half. The basal leaves are often hairy and woolly. The heads are 9 - to 15-flowered and arranged in a grape shade. The flowers are red or purple.
