Description:

Green, yellow and blue leafhopper.

Habitat:

This hopper was on non-native and invasive Tamarisk in a field. "native to the warmer parts of the Palaearctic, introduced into NA at several localities (TX, CA, NJ...) in early 1900s and by 1939 was widespread throughout so. & e. US as far as MN, then reached e. Canada (ON) and BC (Hamilton 1983b)" - BugGuide
