Exidia recisa has an amber color and a gelatinous fruiting body.

Habitat:

Spotted in a rotting willow limb next to the Green River.

Thanks for commenting Mauna. I was fortunate to find a fresh specimen that has an amber glow when light hits it. It will start turning black with age.
