Giant Centipede

One thing fore sure, it is not a Scutigera coleoptrata. We really need to find a reliable scientific source to get diagnosis for the all the Scutigeromorpha genera.

Thanks, Chun. In this case I would suggest Scutigeromorpha as scientific name with Scutigera and Thereupoda as possible genus candidate. I am now even more sceptic about all these IDs in my links. Would that be a good compromise?

Chun, is the second "+" from you ;-)...?? Do you agree with Scutigera sp.? I was not that sure about the reliability of the IDs in the links I provided.

In Borneo we call them Cave Centipedes because they are not found in houses but common in caves :-)

In canada we call them house centipedes!
