What a cutie! This crab is what's called a sand bubbler crab, named for those little sand pellets they make as they dig their burrows! It's hard to ID them to species level, though this guy looks a lot like Scopimera globosa. Here's the Wiki page on these little guys, if I were you I'd put the scientific name as Family Dotillidae! Also, I've moved this to the Arthropod category, since that's where crabs belong! :D Nice find!!
