Field Notes

Description:

A common green agamid lizard at about 130mm body length with the tail excluded (SVL measurement). It's bright green matches the green foliage environment. Other than that, it can also instantly changes color to brown to camouflage against dried vegetation. Try to spot it in the third picture :-)

Habitat:

Bushes and trees around the Gomantong Caves headquarter on the way to Sukau, Lower Kinabatangan, Sabah.
