Spotted in a Hedge on a walk towards a causeway in Northumbria.

Habitat:

One of the most widespread an abundant birds in the UK
Rarely moves further than 5kms from where hatched in the Uk
Eats seeds from plants as staple diet
Oldest ringed bird was 14yrs old
