Description:

They have 2 pairs of legs per segment . Most have long cylindrical bodies.

Habitat:

Millipedes live beneath leaves and stones. They live in dark damp place.They are active at night.

Notes:

Do not pick one up. If provoked they will release a poisonous venom that may cause an allergic reaction.
