Description:

This plant is widely popular around Florida but I don't know what it is.

Habitat:

I'm guessing wet places like Florida since I have seen them around a lot in Florida.

These are everywhere in SOFL! They seem almost invincible. We have them under a tree that was infested by spiraling white flies and the schefflera survived!
yeah he is correct and it is a lovely plant
Commonly known as Umbrella Plant (though there are several different plant that go by that). Schefflera arboricola. Most of the ones I see around South Florida is the variegated cultivar variety. Very very popular here in landscaping. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schefflera_arboricola
