Thanks akussr and Jellis, it is in did a pelvic bone, great job, thanks again.
that is not a skull, it is definitely a pelvic bone and spine. what you think is the upper jaw is the pelvic girdle. what you think are the eye sockets are the hip joints- where the femur connects. what you may think is a lower jaw is a coccyx. the spine is a spine, yes, but that is without a doubt a pelvis
Skulls are not attacked to the spine they are attached to neck bones. There is no neck here. This is a pelvic bone.
Thank you for your comment. It looks like a partial skull, it has eye sockets and what it looks like horns sockets and there's definitely a spine. I thought it may be a cow/calf skull but the eyes are at the top. I hope someone has a clue.

Not sure if this is actually a skull/upper jaw. Maybe a hip instead?
