It's also possible that this is a Cope's Gray Treefrog, Hyla chrysoscelis. The two species are nearly identical in looks. They can most easily be distinguished by call (their songs are different) and sometimes by range. Both seem to occur in Michigan with Hyla versicolor being much more prevalent, so that is why I suggested it.
