Description:

A plain brown bird, the Northern Rough-winged Swallow is fairly common across the United States in summer. The species derives its name from the outer wing feathers, which have small hooks or points on their leading edges. (Cornell)

That's a first for me! I've never heard of them, let alone seen one! But it looks very much like the pics...on your link and my phone app... I agree with swallow with that tiny beak... I'll update later...thank you, Livan!
