Description:

I spotted this youngster and a second one (not pictured) at the same place I spotted this adult (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/23529106) 3 weeks prior. As groundhog kits or cubs seek their own dens as early as 5 weeks after being born, it's very possible that these two are already on their own.

Habitat:

Spotted beside the road near a very busy intersection in an industrial/office complex in Kennesaw, GA.
