I found another white moth yesterday and Jakubko told me that it was Bluish Spring Moth, but I am not sure if this moth is the same.

Lovely! Not the same species, but a spring moth nonetheless! the term "spring moth" has no taxonomic value which means moths with these names are not necessarily grouped together. You might want to verify as there are quite a few all-white moths, but I think the time of year and the frilled wing edges suggest Lomographa vestaliata. http://bugguide.net/node/view/4991
