Description:

This kind of mushroom looks like a Ganoderma lucidum but I'm not sure. The best characteristic of this fungi is it never rot or decay I've been keeping this for almost two years.

Habitat:

Saw this in a forested area on top of a dead Mahogany trees.

Sure looks like the Reishi (Lingzhi). You could put the scientific name to Ganoderma sp. for sure. Can you put up a shot of the other side?
