Description:

Found these teensy eggs hanging from underneath one of the leaves on my strawberry plant. Top of the leaves are shown in second pic- the entire plant seems very healthy. Apparently the adult lacewings are very beneficial to gardeners, as they love to eat pesky aphids.

Habitat:

Container garden, south-facing patio, GA;

Notes:

I think the lacewings are hanging out here because I have a tomato and a pepper plant that can attract food sources for them.
