Notes:

I found it on a leaf. About 1 cm.

Syrphid larvae are certainly interesting creatures. Many of them are predatory and eat small soft-bodied insects like the aphids I see on the leaf with your larva. I've never seen one this color. Very pretty!

Looks like some kind of a larva, maybe beetle larva???
