Description:

Medium sized fuzzy bumblebee with black face, black, fuzzy rear, yellow bands on thorax and abdomen.

Habitat:

Generally found in higher latitudes and/or high altitudes, wherever there are flowers. They are efficient pollinators of any crop that flowers in summer.
