Cap: convex; yellow-orange; tacky; covered in whitish universal veil warts

Gills: white; crowded

Stipe: white; shaggy; basal bulb with scaly rings of volval material

Habitat:

Habitat: mixed forest with white pine, oak, and tulip poplar nearby
