Description:

A male gulf coast tick that had lodged itself on my chest after some herping. Found a total of 3 of these on me after today, but this was the only one that had lodged itself. We used tweezers to pull it off and my skin stretched about an inch before it came off (it hurt a little).

Habitat:

Picked up from a herping spot after about an hour and I had 3 of these on me. They are huge for ticks!
