Description:

Roughly 4-5 inches long with yellow spots all over his body.

Notes:

He was chillin on top of Sugar Loaf mountain with tourists who probably feed him.

Nice picture. May i suggest some ID's? The Common Tegu looks simililar to the lizard in this photo, is native to South America (more specifically Brazil) and is lives in the environment associated with the area you've marked as the coordinates.
