Field Notes

Description:

Very small wasp. Black body, yellow legs, transparent wings with a bit of iridescence in the light. Fairly short antennae. I believe this is a Braconid wasp but I haven't found a match yet.

Habitat:

Cedar Creek County Park, NY. Resting on vegetation near a marsh.
