Field Notes

Description:

Small, creeping plant. Tiny, white flowers with darker blue streaks, four petals with the bottom petal smaller in size on upright stems. Oval shaped leaves grow at the base of the plant. Smooth stems and leaves.

Habitat:

Cedar Creek County Park, New York. Growing on an edge of an archery range not far from a fence line.
