Ehmm... I think I was wrong with Dolichopodidae. After doing a re-check I guess it is rather a Empididae, Dance Fly. But for dancing you anyway need long legs... Species would be Empis tessellata. Please, verify yourself!! And sorry for the wrong family, see comment below... Never trust an ID by yourself!

In this case I did it nevertheless, since it might not be possible to get further ID and to help other people to focus right away on the correct family.
