These eggs are a lacewing (insect order Neuroptera) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuroptera They are not butterflies (insect order lepidoptera) There is a genus of butterflies called Lacewings (Cethosia) but they are different. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cethosia
