hytolacca is a genus of perennial plants. Some members of the genus are known as pokeweeds or similar names such as pokebush, pokeberry, pokeroot or poke sallet.

I think you've got very young unripe berries in your pictures. These turn a beautiful purple when ripe. Veratrum viride, another plant is also called "Indian Poke" - not to be confused with Phytolaca acinosa.
